Terms of Service

1. The service

Mishka is a language-learning app that lets you study Russian through songs with synchronized lyrics, translations, vocabulary saving and flashcards. We may update, add or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

3. Free and Pro plans

• The Free plan gives limited access (a number of songs per level and a few YouTube songs).
• The Pro plan unlocks all content for a recurring fee, billed via Lava.top.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect your current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll review your request. Refunds are handled through Lava.top.

5. Content & intellectual property

Songs are used for educational purposes. The Mishka app, its design, source code, and all original content — including the Malinka School lesson videos, curated lessons, translations and level structure — are our property, protected by copyright and other laws.

You may not, in whole or in part:

• Download, record, capture or re-host the Malinka School videos or any other content, by any means (including screen recording, downloaders, or extracting media URLs).
• Copy, reproduce, resell, republish or redistribute the app, its design or its content.
• Copy or imitate the visual design, layout or branding to create a similar product.

Access is granted for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-extract any content or data from the app or its APIs, or use bots or automated tools to access it.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code, or circumvent any access, payment or content-protection measure.
• Misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access, and pursue legal remedies, for any violation.

7. Disclaimer

Mishka is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or available.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
